- Once mushrooms are done cooking sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and smoked paprika and return to oven just long enough to melt. Remove from oven to cool and enjoy!
Pour wine into the pan around the mushrooms. Combine crabmeat, egg and bread crumbs in a large bowl, stirring well. Spoon, filling evenly, into mushroom caps; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
