- Mix flour, non dairy milk powder, salt and cup of water make smooth batter.
- Now apply little butter on waffle maker, you can make it on tawa or griddle as well. Once it hot, add spoon of batter.
- Close it and cook till golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with vegan butter and maple/ chocolate syrup. You can make it tangy with sauce and salads.
In a medium bowl or liquid measuring cup, add almond milk, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla, and stir to combine Pour the liquid mixture into the dry mixture and whisk until smooth. To make batter, mix the vinegar to the soy milk, let stand for a few minutes. Add all dry ingredients for the batter in a bowl. Pour in the soy milk mixture and mix well. Mix the nut milk, vanilla extract and the lemon juice or ACV together in a small bowl/measuring cup.
