Place the bowls in a line. Dip the salmon into the flour, followed by the egg, followed by the breadcrumbs. In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, lemon zest, paprika, thyme and garlic salt. Rinse the salmon fillet and pat dry with paper towels.

  4. Sprinkle salmon fingers with garlic salt
  5. Place under broiler set to high for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove baking sheet and turn salmon fingers. Repeat steps 3-5.
