  7. Place in baking dish, cover with enchilada sauce and rest of cheese
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Add the milk, sour cream, white pepper, diced jalapeno, and cumin. Spoon sauce over enchiladas, and sprinkle with cheese. Roll up tortillas; place seam sides down on sauce in dish. Make the enchiladas by tightly rolling the tortillas and place seam-side down in the baking dish. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over top of the enchiladas.
