- In the same sauce pan add a touch of olive oil and toss in the garlic and let it flavor the oil for a few
- Turn the heat up and add all the vegetables except green onions. Season with Italian herb seasoning and salt cook for about 2 mins then transfer to a bowl

- Heat a large skillet over medium high heat add some olive oil add season beef rolls with steak sesonin and add to the oil cooking to your liking on each side
