  1. Heat Oil🛢️ in a pressure cooker and add ginger-garlic, and both onions. Cook till they are soft.
  2. Add the cumin powder, Berbere spice and salt. Mix everything.
  3. Add the red lentils along with tomato paste and mix again.
  4. Add in 1.5 cup of water or broth and cover and cook for 2 whistles.
  5. Once opened, simmer if for 4-5 mins, add in the spinach 🍃 leaves and mix till they are wilted. Adjust consistency as required.
  6. Serve it with Injera (Ethopian bread) or rice.
