The ingredients needed to make Hamburger steak:
- Make ready 1 lb sirlion hambuger meat
- Get 1/2 bell pepper cubed
- Make ready 1/2 onion cubed
- Get 1 cup mushrooms
- Take 1/2 cup water
- Get 1 tbsp flour
- Get 1 tbsp butter
- Prepare 2 tbsp butter
- Make ready salt and pepper
- Take garlic powder

It's a man-sized steak for sure, and it's probably a good inch or so thick. Most are shaped into an oval as opposed to just a round patty. Add onions to pan and Saute. Place a skillet (cast ironw orks great) over medium-high heat.
Instructions to make Hamburger steak:
- Mix sauce, salt/pepper/ minced garlic and garlic powder with meat. Shape into thin steak like patties. Sautee in 2 tbsp of butter
- Cook patties on both sides til brown, but not all the way done. Remove and set aside.
- Sautee onions, peppers and mushrooms in the same pan til translucent. Add flour to veggies and 1 tbsp of butter. Cook until flour browns a bit. Add water and scrape up the bits in the bottom of the pan. Once gravy thickens, add steaks back into gravy.
- Serve with mashed potatoes and a glass of wine!
Add onions to pan and Saute. Place a skillet (cast ironw orks great) over medium-high heat. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, crackers, milk, pepper, salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Pour the condensed soup evenly over the top of the patties, and sprinkle canned mushrooms over the top. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
