  6. Add all vegetables (except cilantro and scallion) (cut onions in smaller cube), cut and add omelettes, add some oyster sauce. Mix it. Add soy and more oyster sauce as you taste. Sauces bring color, salt and some Asiatic taste.
  7. Remember to add an mix cilantro and scallion when you turn off fire.
  8. Optional: I like to add some cashew seeds to decorate it and give a special and crunchy taste.
